Please note Hyssop Manna Clinic provides only medical services with private pay only with the purpose of having a lower panel of patients than a standard medical practice and to remove the inefficiency of high-volume patient visits. This allows the provider to provide the patient a comprehensive medical care that is more thorough and personalized to the patient.  Hence, we do not participate with any insurance carriers, Medicare, Medicaid, health maintenance organizations, or Tricare.  We will provide patients with superbills at the end of the appointment. You can submit the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can also use HSA or flexible spending account to pay for your care. We accept all credit cards, cash, and Venmo. Prices for the office visits varies with the time spent and/or complexity of the visit, along with any additional services that are provided during the visit. Concierge Medicine is available as well for those interested, and we also offer home visits at the provider’s discretion.  We thank you for your kind understanding and look forward to meeting and serving you.
